Brianna Virden, Owner
Brianna graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and International Studies. Upon graduation, she began working for Conway First Church of the Nazarene as their Communication Director. When she and her husband, TJ, started having kids, she knew she wanted to be able to stay home with them while still working and helping to support her family. In late 2017, after years of freelancing, she decided to take her first steps toward building a consistent clientele, and thus, a marketing agency was born.
Owning a business is pretty cool, but first and foremost, Brianna is a #boymom to four littles: Nevyn (7), Rowan (5), Callen (3), and Kason (1). In her spare time, she loves to watercolor, goes fishing, and spends time with her family and friends.

TJ Virden, Owner
TJ is one of those people who can do anything he decides to do. Yep. One of those. He is an artist in the purest sense and can create something out of nothing like it is not a big deal. His first official job, at age 16, was working in a sign shop. But before that, he helped his dad with auto bodywork. His skills in fabrication and design, paired with his natural artistic instincts, make him quite skilled in creating custom, beautiful graphics, signs, and products for our clients.
Also, the owner of Reverse Collision, he is a busy man. But he is never too busy for his family. As a dad of four boys, he always makes sure that they feel loved and cared for. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing guitar, or watching a good documentary.

Kalen Kemp, Photography Director
Kalen graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She began working with Propel in July of 2019. Upon starting in her role as Marketing Coordinator, it was quickly discovered that in addition to her unparalleled skills in social media marketing, she has an astounding talent for photography.
Nowadays, she is Propel's main photographer. She also manages our client's digital ads, builds websites, and manages other online accounts.
Kalen has the sweetest spirit, and our clients adore her. When she is not killing the marketing game, she is probably spending time going on adventures with her friends or taking beautiful photos somewhere. Or maybe both. Check out her photography website: kalenkemp.com.

Rebecca Gerdes-Duden, Digital Marketing Manager
Rebecca has an eye for design and the skill to make her ideas a reality. She also has a love of the science and psychology behind digital marketing strategies.
She graduated from Iowa State University with her Bachelor's of Science in Global Resource Systems and Entomology, emphasizing sustainable Public Health Systems. During her time at ISU, Rebecca worked to create more efficient small-scale subsistence farming systems by reducing mosquito-borne illnesses.
When Rebecca isn't looking for her new favorite insect, she enjoys spending time with her husband Blake and dog Ellie. Their favorite activities include watching the Dolphins and Chiefs and Iowa State and K-State athletic events, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with their nieces and nephews.

Kim Quiroz, Social Media Manager + Content Creator
Kim graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Although getting a degree in education, Kim has always had a passion for marketing, social media, and content creation.
In 2020, she decided to pursue her dream of helping business owners elevate their companies with the aid of social media, landing her with Propel.
When Kim is not creating content for Propel's clients, she is spending time with her husband Santiago or creating content for her lifestyle and fashion blog. Their favorite activities include traveling, cooking, and watching Netflix.
